As a practice, we endeavour to create ideas that are clear, distinctive, and specific which relates to strategic decisions driven by a cause and a purpose. We believe in the pursuit of ‘idea’, a desire to design and create, to learn and educate, influence and enjoy. A studio of innovation!

For innovation to become central to our approach, we must create the space and environment where people feel free to unleash and discover their talents and passions, engaging and interacting in the hard work of innovative problem solving. Design is an iterative and interactive process that works best when ideas are measured, discussed, and challenged. Our process is informed by a deep understanding of the program, the site, and the science of buildings, but it starts with the need to discover a project’s full potential.

Strategic Planning

Our objectives of construction planning revolve around the basic management and balancing of three aspects: scope, time, and cost. Architectural planning, ideally, is a continuous process, which can be revised and modified by our designers as the execution of a construction project progresses in real-time. Our planning comes within the boundaries of the defined scope, cost, and schedule without compromising the quality of the project.

Integrated Design Approach

As a team, we are focused on the identification and realization of innovative solutions. Far more than coordinating multiple teams and associates in separate offices, we work as interactive participants throughout a collaborative and integrated process. Each of us supports the other with disciplined, real-time thinking towards the betterment of the project.

Our team works in collaboration for the strategic designing and the planning process, providing an interactive and engaging experience that keeps you informed and involved in every step of the work. The client’s vision, ideas, and thought plays a significant role in curating the strategy and design planning. We nurture the ideas keeping the vision of the firm in mind while formulating the strategies. Our architectural designs are open to the client’s opinion and constructive criticism for the betterment of the product.

The founding principal of Dezign Worx is Thomas Kurian who has graduated from the Manipal Academy of Architecture, India and has practiced architecture in India and the Middle East.

He has worked on various projects ranging from Institutional Buildings, Religious centres, Residential villas, Retail centres and Industrial projects over the past 27 years.

Every project being unique, the key is to understand Client requirement and to evaluate the opportunities of the available land. The ideology is to embrace new ideas & thoughts, be it classic or modern design and to integrate client requirement while balancing them with sustainable practices and energy efficiency.
